At NKD Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be *unused, unopened, and in its original packaging**
The item must be in the *same condition that you received it**
* Proof of purchase or order number is required

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
* Opened or used products
* Items not in their original condition
* Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email hello@nkd-beauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
